About

In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment, leaders are expected to manage complex demands, lead diverse teams, and drive organizational success—all while maintaining their own well-being.

This program is designed to equip leaders with practical tools and strategies to manage the pressures of leadership, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.

Leadership today comes with immense challenges.

The constant demands of work and the responsibility of leading others, often leave leaders feeling overwhelmed and burned out. When leaders are stretched too thin, it can lead to poor decision-making, diminished productivity, and a decline in overall organizational health.

  • 82% of leaders report exhaustion indicative of burnout risk.
  • 96% of leaders who report feeling exhausted, also report a decline in their mental health.
  • 51% of senior leaders are considering leaving their positions due to exhaustion.

Burnout doesn’t just affect leaders; it has a ripple effect on the broader organization. High levels of stress among leadership can result in increased turnover, lower employee engagement, and a toxic work environment.

Why Circles? The Practice of Wellbeing

Circles immerse leaders in hands-on practices that are integral to their well-being and leadership growth. Each element of the circle experience is designed to be an active practice, ensuring these habits become a natural part of daily leadership.

  • Self Reflection: Self-reflection is embedded in every Circle meeting, inviting leaders to pause and consider their experiences. This mindfulness practice enhances self-awareness and helps leaders manage stress and make more intentional decisions.
  • Expressing Gratitude: Gratitude is practiced at each Circle meeting, serving as a powerful tool for stress management and fostering a positive mindset. Leaders who regularly express gratitude build supportive team cultures that motivate and strengthen resilience.
  • Social Connections: Our small cohort approach enables the development of trusting and supportive relationships. These interactions build strong networks, reduce isolation, and provide vital peer support, helping leaders navigate challenges with confidence.
  • Cultivating Curiosity: Curiosity and active listening are central to Circle discussions. Leaders engage in meaningful conversations, asking thoughtful questions and listening deeply, which enhances problem-solving and encourages innovative thinking.

Leader Circles take learning to a whole new level. We know leaders are busy - leader circles offers bite-sized, time-efficient content that helps leaders grow without adding to their workload. Peer learning strengthens connections, builds trust, and breaks down organizational silos. And the small group format can accommodate an unlimited number of cohorts, empowering leaders at all levels and scaling the program learning across our organization. We can build content that is tailored to your organization’s needs, ensuring practical and relevant learning for all leaders.
